What is a discount calculator?
A discount calculator shows the sale price after a percentage is taken off, and how much you save. It is handy for shopping, sales and working out "percent off" deals.
How it works
It multiplies the original price by the discount percentage to find the amount saved, then subtracts that from the price for the final cost. Example: 25% off an 80 item saves 20.00, for a final price of 60.00.
